Responsibilities

1. Attract and network new clients for off plan investment property sales.
2. Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
3. Negotiate properties or sales terms.
4. Identify investors with property needs.
5. Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property solutions.
6. Build and establish good working relationships with buyers.
7. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
8. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
9. Develop a network of Landlords, Property Owners, and Investors to whom clients may be referred.
