Overview

Nausal Technologies PVT Ltd. is looking for a team of experienced Business Development Manager & Executive who are responsible for generating business in the field of IT & Web Programming. The role requires experience working with online portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc., and the ability to understand customer requirements across diverse technology areas such as Branding, Advertising, Publications Design, Website, mobile application, and ERP/CRM.

Candidate should have the following skills:

  • Good relevant experience of working for Software House / IT Company / Web Development / App Development.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Branding Services (Graphic Design, Web Design And Development, Mobile Apps, Video Animation, Online Marketing).
  • Ability to understand the company products, skills, and services in design and development of software.
  • Ability to map customer requirements to available products or in-house expertise; match customer needs with the organization’s product suite; and, if needed, integrate third-party products to evolve the total system.
  • Ability to visualize and evolve newer applications and projects for prospective customers; develop a complete understanding of customer mentality.
  • Build the company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns.
  • Bidding on latest projects across different websites and platforms.
  • Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on market demands.
  • Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Elance, Guru, Odesk and similar outsourcing networks is advantageous.
