Business Development Executive Healthcare

Responsibilities
- Driving new business growth by spearheading innovative sales strategies and overs entire sales process.
- Collaborating with senior leaders to identify and mitigate potential risks that could hinder the company's expansion.
- Researching and capitalizing on emerging opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering persuasive pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Fostering a collaborative work environment and aligning teams to achieve shared goals.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Cultivating positive, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Executing outbound sales campaigns (such as phone calls and emails) to generate new sales opportunities.
- Maintaining comprehensive client records in the CRM system.
- Developing and presenting customized proposals that address each client\'s unique business requirements.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service through regular client follow-up and support.
- Building rapport and relationships with key decision-makers.
- Converting proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
- Managing both virtual and in-person sales meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters degree in business, marketing or healthcare management with 2 years experience in hospital / healthcare business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and knowledge of healthcare panels and insurance.
