Experienced Sales Agents - Kobe Motor Company

Kobe Motor Company is a leading used car exporter, specializing in providing high-quality pre-owned vehicles to customers worldwide. We are currently seeking experienced Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for automobiles, strong sales skills, and a proven track record in the industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.

Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable vehicles from our extensive inventory.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order processing and timely vehicle delivery.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

EVENING SHIFT 6PM TO 2AM

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a sales agent in the automotive industry, preferably in the used car export sector.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of international markets and import/export regulations is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Fluent in English (additional language skills are advantageous).
