Fadnix is a rapidly growing digital agency delivering cutting-edge solutions across industries. The organization is on the lookout for dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executives to strengthen its client base through active engagement on freelance platforms (such as Upwork and Fiverr), lead generation, and targeted outreach strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential opportunities, optimizing online profiles for visibility, managing communication with prospects, and converting leads into successful engagements. This position requires a high degree of independence, self-motivation, and a deep understanding of digital services and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Actively bid on freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr), identifying and securing relevant projects.


Optimize company profiles with enhanced portfolios, descriptions, and service listings to attract inquiries.


Generate leads through online research, directories, and CRM tools.


Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to drive new business.


Prepare tailored proposals that align with client expectations and highlight Fadnix’s value.


Build lasting client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.


Track market and competitor trends to identify emerging opportunities.


Maintain detailed records of leads, bids, conversions, and communication.


Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful delivery.


Develop a thorough understanding of Fadnix’s digital offerings to effectively present solutions.



Requirements:



Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in a digital or tech company).


Hands-on success with Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance bidding platforms.


Strong communication and persuasive writing skills for proposals and outreach.


Confidence in handling client negotiations and closing deals.


Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.


Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking tools is a plus.
