Job description

About the role: You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying prospects, expanding the sales pipeline, and collaborating with channel partners. You'll work closely with the team to nurture leads and convert them into customers, delivering impactful presentations and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Vyro’s products and contribute directly to our sales success.

What You'll Do:

  • Become familiar with all products and services offered by Vyro and develop in depth understanding of assigned products
  • Build a strong competitive analysis and track competitor developments
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop the sales pipeline and build alliances.
  • Source new leads by initiating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.
  • Expand your database of prospects within your designated territory. Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with customers and prospects.
  • Learn daily lead generation workflows and procedures to master workflow proficiency.
  • Identify key players in target accounts.
  • Contacting qualified leads and fostering their engagement for deeper nurturing and successful closure.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to potential customers while conveying strong value propositions.
  • Enter customer information into CRM accurately and efficiently for data management purposes.
  • Keeping regular follow-ups with prospects to provide additional resources and benefits associated with offered solutions
  • Work closely with potential customers to build their understanding, develop interest and lead towards customer trials.
  • Onboard and train clients on company products.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, provide exceptional customer service, and implement upsell/cross-sell strategies.
  • Stay aware about market trends and industry developments.
  • Provide regular reports to your supervisor on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Assist the team with documentation and other tasks when required to foster team support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum educational qualification, i.e., bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to draft clear written proposals.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM.
