DM/AM Manager Business Development is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies and initiatives to maximize gross profit and increase company's market share position, customer experience and brand confidence.
  • Oversight of local marketing activities including promotional/tactical plans, customer experience plans and effective channel strategies.
  • Collaborate to establish value determination and pricing strategies as well as robust value capture systems to support strategic objectives and maximize net income.
  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
  • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results.
