Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA preferred
DM/AM Manager Business Development is responsible for but not limited to:
- Lead the development of marketing strategies and initiatives to maximize gross profit and increase company's market share position, customer experience and brand confidence.
- Oversight of local marketing activities including promotional/tactical plans, customer experience plans and effective channel strategies.
- Collaborate to establish value determination and pricing strategies as well as robust value capture systems to support strategic objectives and maximize net income.
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
- Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results.
