About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional who can handle the complete client acquisition and management process for our design and marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and bringing in new projects. The production side (design, marketing execution, and tools) will be fully managed by our in-house team your focus will be on business development and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Reach out to potential clients, present our services, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the production team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate deals, close contracts, and achieve set targets.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal production team to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in a marketing/creative agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the end-to-end client handling process.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Basic understanding of design/marketing services (added advantage, but not mandatory).
