Job summary

PureLogics is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate in Lahore to identify freelance project opportunities on Upwork, craft customized proposals, and support daily bidding to drive new business. You will maintain bid records, coordinate with the tech team for proposal details, and follow up with clients to boost engagement.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of BD experience on freelancing platforms, solid English communication, and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of business development experience on Upwork or freelancing platforms.
• Basic understanding of Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple proposals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web development or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of bids, client responses, and project status.
• Coordinate with the technical team to gather project details and ensure accurate proposal submissions.
• Conduct basic client follow-ups to maintain engagement and improve response rates.
• Help maintain a database of potential leads and ongoing opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and trending project categories on freelancing platforms.
• Support in meeting monthly bidding and lead-generation targets.
• Assist in updating CRM tools with client communication details and progress tracking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in business development via Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
• Basic understanding of the Upwork bidding process and proposal writing.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (basic level) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web development, or digital marketing is preferred.
