We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Developer with a strong background in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field-based business development activities, focusing on building relationships and conducting meetings with the administrative departments of various residential communities. Your role will be to promote our real estate products and services, explore new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Job Specification:

-Conduct regular field visits to residential areas, housing societies, and apartment complexes.

- Schedule and attend meetings with society administrators, resident welfare associations (RWAs), and other relevant administrative personnel.

- Present and promote the company’s real estate offerings and value propositions effectively.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in residential communities.

- Identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and partnership possibilities within assigned territories.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and campaign execution.

- Track and report on meetings, progress, and business development activities regularly.

- Negotiate and close partnership or promotional agreements with residential area authorities.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships that lead to recurring business.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.

- Proven experience in field work and direct client engagement.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and work effectively with administrative departments and decision-makers.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

- Knowledge of local real estate markets and housing society operations is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
