Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 2+ years in Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse, or Supply Chain domains.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools.
• Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders.
• Analyze logistics and supply chain processes to identify gaps.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and use cases.
• Define KPIs and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Convert requirements into clear, testable user stories.

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with Product Owners.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience in logistics operations, transportation management, warehouse management, order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing logistics and supply chain processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, and use cases.
• Define business objectives, KPIs, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Convert business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories.
• Define detailed acceptance criteria using Given/When/Then format.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes covering Transportation Management (TMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Inventory Management, Order Management, Shipment Tracking, Route Optimization, Fleet Management, Last‑Mile Delivery, Procurement, and Supply Chain Operations.
• Understand and analyze logistics KPIs including inventory turnover, lead time, fulfillment rates, and transportation costs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve efficiency, visibility, and service quality.
• Facilitate communication between business users, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Present requirements, process improvements, and solution recommendations to stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting minutes, status reports, and project documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign‑off activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
