CureMD Pakistan (Private) Limited is seeking a Branding Associate to support the branding team in developing and executing strategies that strengthen the company's presence in the IT industry. You will collaborate across teams to ensure consistency across channels and help storytelling with fresh ideas.

The ideal candidate has a year of marketing-related experience, a passion for social media, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or branding.
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, growth hacking, communications, and Gen AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using social media platforms for business purposes (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Experienced project manager adept at converting business objectives into organized, time-sensitive marketing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and manage the company’s visual and communication assets, including banners, images, and templates.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute industry-leading social media campaigns and storytelling, ensuring alignment with our guidelines while pushing the envelope in terms of originality.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to provide insights for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive campaign briefs based on actionable, data-driven insights to establish clear measures of success.
• Translate CureMD's recruitment strategy and targets into social campaigns that build brand awareness and drive potential candidates through the funnel.
• Support the social media team in creating engaging content for branding campaigns and maintaining a consistent voice across all platforms.
• Keep up with local and global social media trends to identify opportunities for the company to participate in.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor industry trends in the IT industry.
• Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights, and industry leaders.
