• Develop Annual Operating Plan

• Gather consumer insights through monthly interactions with consumers to identify needs and generate ideas for new product/features selection
• Develop advertising and promotion strategies with the communication team, including Advertising, Brand Activation, Digital & PR plans for existing and new products
• Track monthly sales performance and recommend push and pull strategies
• Lead consumer and brand learning plan development
