Job summary

CHUGHTAIZ in Lahore is seeking a hands-on Brand & Growth Lead to unite brand storytelling, content production and performance marketing across our kitchen, interiors and lifestyle offering, including Kohler campaigns. You will work directly with the founder and coordinate with our Karachi marketing resource.

This is an ownership role for someone who can turn ideas into published work, learn from results and keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on brand, social media, or digital marketing experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand, campaigns or content work.
• Clear writing and project coordination skills; able to develop English and Urdu content.
• Practical understanding of Meta campaigns and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand priorities into a practical monthly plan and weekly content calendar.
• Develop hooks, scripts, shot lists and briefs for stories, product demos and behind-the-scenes content.
• Coordinate shoots, presenters, editors and the production studio; ensure quality and deadlines.
• Lead campaign planning and test Meta campaigns with tracking and optimisation.
• Measure retention, engagement and qualified enquiries; feed results into tests.
• Connect marketing with sales through enquiry routing and follow-up insights.
• Support launches, showroom campaigns and brand communication across Lahore and Karachi.
• Keep founder informed with concise recommendations and an organised delivery tracker.
