Job summary

The NO Consultancy is seeking a Graphic Designer / Brand Designer to join their team and bring brands to life. This fully remote, full-time role involves creating brand identities, social content, decks, packaging, and cohesive visual assets for multiple client accounts.

You will collaborate with the creative team from concept to final delivery, applying typography, composition, and layout skills to every project while maintaining a strong brand focus and consistency across all materials.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, layouts & grids.
• Solid experience in brand & visual design - not UI/UX.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Basic 2D animation/motion skills are a bonus.
• Commit to a full-time, 5-day-a-week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Building brands from identity systems to full-scale brand rollouts.
• Creating social media content and visual assets for client accounts.
• Designing decks, packaging, brand collateral, and layouts.
• Supporting visualization across a variety of client projects.
• Collaborating with the creative team from concept to final delivery.
• Bringing a strong eye for typography, composition, and layout to every project.
