Job summary

ProvoxGlobal is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Coordinator to craft compelling visuals for digital and print channels, packaging, and social media. The role blends product design with hands-on marketing to support branding, e-commerce, and communications initiatives.

You will translate concepts into high-impact designs, maintain brand coherence, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic and product design; strong portfolio required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Experience in product and packaging design for manufacturing, including print and digital production processes.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, BigCommerce), including image processing, photo retouching, mockup creation, and ad campaign assets.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying digital email campaigns (Mailchimp, Snap Retail, or similar).
• Knowledge of graphics and content standards for social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging visual content for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, packaging, and social media.
• Translate creative concepts into high-impact designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Develop product and packaging artwork for manufacturing, adhering to print and digital production specifications.
• Create mockups, graphics, and product imagery that elevate brand presence across all channels.
• Maintain brand consistency and coherence across all creative assets.
• Support e-commerce initiatives across Amazon Seller Central and BigCommerce, including product image development and ads assets.
• Plan, design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or Snap Retail.
• Create and manage graphics for social media platforms in support of marketing and branding initiatives.
• Assist with digital advertising campaign setup and asset production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
