About the Role

The Catalyst Group is hiring a Branch Experience Lead (Female) on behalf of its client, AimFit, Pakistan’s leading fitness platform for women.

AimFit’s newly launched branch in Islamabad is rapidly growing, serving a vibrant community of high-value clients who value quality, energy, and results. They thrive on strong community relationships, high standards of hospitality, and an upbeat, welcoming culture.

To lead on-ground operations at AimFit's new Islamabad location, we are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and quick-thinking Branch Experience Lead to be the face of the branch. Positioned at the front desk, you will be the primary point of contact for every client walking through our doors.

This is a dynamic, floor-facing role designed for a young female fitness enthusiast who can speak knowledgeably about health and training, excel at building immediate rapport, and seamlessly convert drop-ins or weekly trialists into long-term monthly members while keeping our community engaged and retained.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front-of-House & Client Experience

• Serve as the welcoming face and voice of AimFit Islamabad, maintaining a high-energy, polished, and hospitable environment at reception.
  
• Actively engage with clients before and after sessions, building strong personal relationships and a sense of community.
  
• Ensure every walkthrough, check-in, and guest interaction aligns with boutique, high-end hospitality standards.
  

2. Sales & Conversion

• Drive membership acquisition by proactively converting walk-ins, daily visitors, and weekly trial pass holders into recurring monthly members.
  
• Handle walk-in consultations, understand individual fitness goals, and recommend the right membership plans.
  
• Monitor trialist attendance and follow up promptly to secure plan conversions.
  

3. Client Retention & Relationship Management

• Monitor member engagement and attendance patterns to proactively reach out to at-risk or inactive clients.
  
• Solve client issues on the spot with tact, warmth, and confidence.
  
• Continuously gather feedback to enhance the overall studio atmosphere and client satisfaction.
  

4. Operations & On-the-Ground Execution

• Take full ownership of daily studio operations, member check-ins, and membership administrative processes.
  
• Coordinate closely with instructors and support staff to deliver a seamless, high-end experience across every touchpoint of the branch.
  

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in high-touch, client-facing sales, luxury hospitality, premium automotive, or boutique retail.
  
• Fresh graduates with exceptional interpersonal presence, sharp communication, and customer engagement experience are welcome.
  
• Long-term Islamabad resident with a deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer expectations.
  
• Polished verbal communicator with a proven ability to naturally influence and convert leads into long-term members.
  
• Proactive, fast-learning go-getter who thrives in an active, floor-facing studio environment rather than a desk role.
