Wärtsilä in Lahore, Pakistan, is hiring a Class Boiler Engineer to supervise shift operations, coordinate operators, and ensure production targets are met safely.

You will lead shift teams, provide training, monitor performance, and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards while managing tools and parts for maintenance.

Formación

• A boiler engineer with strong safety and compliance awareness.
• Capability to oversee shift operations and team guidance.
• Good understanding of health, safety and environmental procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises shift operations, coordinating, instructing and scheduling work of operators and coordinating tasks and resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Leads operational shift teams and provides training, guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
• Directs all personnel actions.
• Ensures that all team members receive required instructions in safety procedures, proper use of equipment, performance standards, disciplinary processes, and other workplace and company policies, procedures and practices.
• Monitors operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Oversees and ensures all work is completed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and company guidelines, processes and policies.
• Manages the availability of tools, parts, and resources required for maintenance and operational tasks.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve issues and continuously improve processes.

Main Responsibilities:
