Job summary

WPP Media Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager Billing to manage invoicing, cost of sales reconciliation, and billing operations within a hybrid office setup. You will raise invoices, track WIP, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payments.

In this role, you will support the Senior Manager Billing, post journal entries with supervision, handle client billing for a portfolio of accounts, and contribute to reports that drive accurate financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in billing, finance operations, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and collections.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Raising invoices and sending to clients (invoice costing, rate card verification, plan reconciliation, approval confirmation, generate invoice, invoice verification, scanning, dispatch).
• Maintain Billing WIP (ensure all RO are billed in time).
• Payment follow-up to ensure billed amounts are paid on time.
• Support role to the business team (preparing reports and providing analysis data).
• Record vendors’ invoices and perform cost of sales reconciliation (costing function).
• Post journal entries with close supervision by Team Leader.
