Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals in a busy litigation practice. The role focuses on document drafting, case file management, and trial readiness while maintaining strong client communication in a US legal environment.

The ideal candidate has a law-related bachelor's degree and demonstrates excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in a U.S. legal environment is required.
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred.
• Experience in employment law is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files with accessible documents.
• Assist with discovery by gathering, summarizing, and organizing responses.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, appointments, and hearings.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide case updates.
• Prepare materials for trial, including exhibits and trial binders.
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
