Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and systems with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in crafting professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Detail-oriented mindset, especially when conducting research on companies and individuals.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently without extensive guidance.
• Genuine interest in financial services, sales, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Generate, research, and qualify leads to identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts.
• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including prospect outreach and timely follow-ups.
• Manage and enhance the company’s LinkedIn presence by creating and engaging with relevant content and connections.
• Conduct professional email outreach to leads and prospects, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
• Perform market research to identify target industries, companies, key decision-makers, and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activities, and progress using CRM tools or tracking systems.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team and adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company grows.
