Job summary

TekSoft is hiring for Backend Support Executive – Clinical Operations based in Karachi to provide clinical support to US-based physicians. MBBS graduates are encouraged to apply. You will review patient records, update notes, monitor vitals, and ensure compliant documentation.

The role operates onsite in Karachi, with Monday–Friday workdays, 05:00 PM–02:00 AM shifts, and opportunities for performance-based increments and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree is mandatory.
• Strong medical terminology and clinical knowledge required.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Experience with EHR and Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records across EHR systems.
• Prepare and update clinical notes and documentation.
• Review vitals and identify significant changes.
• Monitor clinical information and escalate critical findings.
• Ensure accurate documentation following SOPs.
• Coordinate information and support physicians with backend ops.

Solutions is hiring MBBS graduates to join our team based in Karachi. The selected candidate will provide clinical support to US-based physicians by:

USMLE Part 1, 2 & 3 candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing patient records across EHR systems
• Preparing and updating clinical notes and patient documentation
• Reviewing patient vitals and identifying significant changes
• Monitoring clinical information and escalating critical findings promptly
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in accordance with established workflows and SOPs
• Coordinating clinical information and supporting physicians with day-to-day backend operations
• Maintaining confidentiality and following applicable healthcare data and compliance requirements
