Job summary

ACCA Careers in Karachi seeks an investments accounting assistant to perform daily settlements, NAV calculations, and data entry across funds using IPAMS, DPS and Oracle EBS. You will reconcile IPS & CDC statements, update stock rates, and prepare monthly notes and investment data for reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, a BBA/BS in Accounting/Finance, and strong analytical, organizational and communication

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in similar role.
• BBA / BS in Accounting / Finance or Computational Finance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of daily equity trade settlements – AP for equity purchase and receivable in respect of equity sales for all funds – Daily.
• Preparation of fixed income settlements – AP for fixed income purchase for all funds – Daily.
• Preparation of daily NAV calculation of Unit Linked Funds in IPAMS and Excel (MESSAQ, FTBF & ATF) – Daily.
• Updating daily stock rates, PKRVs and Debt Instrument Rates into Daily Price Sheet (DPS) and Investment Portfolio Management System (IPAMS) – Daily.
• Reconciliation of IPS & CDC Statement - Daily.
• Recording of entries in Oracle EBS - Daily. Coordinate with stakeholders & filing investment related documents - Daily.
• Bank recon of assigned bank account and AML clearance for charity & donations.
• Preparation of consolidated equity portfolio on daily basis - Daily.
• Preparation of RP data, SBP data, Investment Notes - Monthly.
• Intimation of Govt. Bonds Auctions & Monitory Policy Any other task may be assigned by the supervisor / management.
