HBL Asset Management Limited is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist Retail and Corporate teams with daily transactions, customer inquiries, and compliance approvals. The role focuses on accurate data entry and efficient handling of digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in financial services customer support, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and a proven ability to coordinate with Compliance and Operations to resolve issues promptly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of experience in support function and customer service within financial industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Retail and Corporate teams for operational growth.
• Interact with customers to respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Receive and screen daily transactions from Investors, Sales Teams & Distributors.
• Obtain approvals from Compliance to process daily transactions.
• Enter data into Daily Activity Report for all transaction types.
• Manage digital transactions received through digital channels.
• Assist sales staff with pre- and post-sales queries and issues.
• Handle discrepancies related to client applications or accounts promptly.
• Follow up on deceased accounts, KYC/AML/CRS issues and related discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Operations to address customer complaints and resolve grievances.
• Disseminate DAR for internal and external use.
• Coordinate with front desk for receipt of documents from all regions.

The position will provide complete support to the Retail and Corporate teams as and when required for the effective and efficient operational growth of the business, interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries and requests raised about product and services provided by HBL Asset Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and screening of daily transactions from Investors, Sales Teams & Distributors.
• Obtain mandatory approvals from Compliance department in order to process the daily transactions.
• Responsible for entering data to Daily Activity Report (DAR) for all types of transactions.
• Responsible to manage digital transactions received through digital channel.
• Manage sales teams’ queries pertaining to pre & post-sales support.
• Assist in trouble shooting problems such as timely communication of discrepancies arose while processing client’s applications/ accounts or any other related issues.
• Keep a strong follow up on folios of critical nature such as accounts of deceased person(s), KYC/ AML/ CRS/ Expired CNIC related discrepancies in a most efficient manner.
• Deal directly with the sales staff either by phone, in person or electronically to respond promptly to different queries.
• To strengthen liaison with Operations department in order to deal with customer complaints, ensure that customer grievances are addressed and resolved as and when need arises.
• Ensure timely dissemination of DAR for internal/ external usage.
• Issuance of CGT Challan/Tax letters for corporate investors as well as retail clients.
• Regular coordination with Operations department for issuance of cheques, account statements and forms.
• Coordinate with front desk/admin for receiving of customer related documents from all regions.
• Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time, follow communication procedures, guidelines and company policies.

Required Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor (Preferably Masters) from any reputed/ HEC recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in support function and customer service within financial industry.
