Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Logistics or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Up to 1 year of admin/logistics/back-office experience is an advantage.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Comfortable with new software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Update transportation information in Salesforce daily.
• Enter and maintain financial information.
• Update shipment status.
• Verify, upload and maintain transportation documents.
• Support Operations with admin/data tasks.
• Perform data quality checks and correct discrepancies.
• Follow Team Lead instructions and complete tasks on time.
