Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in content writing, copywriting or content marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technology and business concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong research, interviewing, and information-gathering capabilities.
• Experience creating B2B marketing content in technology or IT services.
• Familiarity with CMS and marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding buyer personas and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging copy for digital and traditional marketing programs while aligning with brand messaging.
• Develop emails, landing pages, blogs, articles, eBooks, guides, social media content, webinars, and product overviews.
• Research and write high-value content to establish credibility and subject-matter expertise.
• Produce thought leadership assets like whitepapers, case studies, and market reports.
