The role requires turning insights into a monthly/weekly content calendar and partnering with designers, motion artists, and editors to ensure alignment with the strategy and goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Script writing.
• Strong understanding of US B2B audiences and business-focused content.
• Ability to analyze trends and convert insights into usable content ideas.
• Familiarity with B2B creators, SaaS brands, and professional social media tone.
• Clear communication skills, able to explain ideas to creative and non-creative teams.
• Experience working with content calendars and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Research US-based B2B companies, founders, and content creators across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Identify high-performing content formats, topics, hooks, and visual styles relevant to our target audience.
• Shortlist reference content ideas and explain why they work (audience, messaging, format).
• Translate research into a clear, actionable content strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar with defined themes and objectives.
• Work closely with designers, motion artists, and video editors to ensure content aligns with the strategy.
• Continuously refine the strategy based on performance, trends, and platform behavior.
• Ensure all content is audience-focused, business-relevant, and consistent in direction.
