Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a similar role (freshers encouraged).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
• Strong research and internet-searching skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with potential clients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales and lead-generation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients and business opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of leads.
• Lead generation via online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and other platforms.
• Initiate contact with prospects and understand their business needs.
• Maintain records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Follow up with potential clients and assist in converting leads into opportunities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and management to develop outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, target markets, and client segments.
