This role is not about producing generic posts. It emphasizes listening, asking useful questions, preserving the founder’s real voice, and delivering clear, natural writing with solid research and reliable revisions.

Qualifications

• Strong English writing and editing skills.
• Ability to write simply and naturally.
• Good listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to simplify technical or business ideas.
• Strong research and fact-checking habits.
• Comfortable working with Google Docs, Notion, spreadsheets, and AI writing tools.
• Able to use AI as an assistant while taking responsibility for the final draft.
• Reliable with deadlines and revisions.
• Interest in startups, software, AI, and business is helpful.
• Writing samples are required. University, personal, freelance, or social media work is acceptable.
