Streamline Processes, Drive Impact – Join Us as an Automations and Process Specialist!

Are you passionate about creating efficiency through automation? We're on the hunt for a talented HubSpot/Zapier Automations and Process Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. If you're ready to elevate your career and make a difference, this is your chance!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
-Dive deep into Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success workflows to understand and enhance processes.
-Partner with department heads to document workflows and develop seamless Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Leverage tools like HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to design and maintain powerful automations.
-Continuously evaluate, optimize, and improve existing processes for maximum efficiency.
-Provide onboarding and administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
-Play a key role in creating clear, detailed documentation for each automation and SOP.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
-At least 1 year of experience in automation creation and lead generation.
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
-A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-departmental teamwork.
-Proficiency in HubSpot Workflows and Zapier (preferred but not required).
-A tech-savvy, solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
