Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong English and clear documentation.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and practical delivery.
• SQL knowledge and ability to integrate APIs, SDKs and webhooks.

• Self-directed and able to pick up new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automations and database integrations across messaging channels.
• Rope in telecom infrastructure and data systems to deliver turnkey solutions.
• Run client discovery, deliver, document, and prove the impact with real numbers.
• Take POCs to production with the backend team; test properly before users do.
• Build for reuse.
