Job Role / Responsibilities:


Reporting to the Manager, Treasury, you will ensure compliance with banking requirements, manage funds, handle opening and closing of bank accounts, and coordinate with banks for fund movements and signatory amendments.


Specifically, your responsibilities include:


  • Arranging funds for payroll, vendor payments, and routine transactions
  • Managing funds to maximize profits
  • Preparing documentation for banking operations
  • Updating signatory lists timely (additions, deletions, amendments)
  • Opening and closing bank accounts for the organization
  • Performing monthly closing activities

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


You should have:


  • A Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or currently pursuing a Master's degree (preferred)
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in treasury or banking functions
  • Experience in financial or management reporting
  • Sound knowledge of financial systems
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
