Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant to join our team and support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications built on Oracle technologies.

The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting and application development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 0-2 years in Oracle development or enterprise software.
• Foundational knowledge of Oracle OAF, APEX, PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database concepts and SDLC basics.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle applications using OAF and APEX.
• Develop, modify, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of application, database, and system issues.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Perform unit testing and assist in UAT to ensure quality.
• Prepare technical documents, user guides, and deployment docs.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
• Assist in enhancements, bug fixes, and production support activities.
• Continuously learn new Oracle technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Inbox Business Technologies are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Technical Consultant to join our team and support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications built on Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting and application development environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle APEX
• Develop, modify, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of application, database, and system-related issues
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Perform unit testing and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure application quality
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and deployment documents
• Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver project requirements within defined timelines
• Ensure compliance with development standards, coding best practices, and organizational policies
• Assist in application enhancements, bug fixes, and production support activities
• Continuously learn new Oracle technologies and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Oracle application development or enterprise software development
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
• Basic understanding of Oracle APEX application development
• Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL queries
• Familiarity with Oracle Database concepts and relational database design
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite is an added advantage
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills

• Internship or academic project experience involving Oracle technologies
• Oracle certifications related to Oracle Database, PL/SQL, APEX, or Oracle development are an added advantage
• Exposure to enterprise application development or consulting environments is a plus
