1. Manage and monitor projects throughout the entire execution to ensure standards of scope, budget and timeline are being met.
2. Develop project plans that combine client requirements with company goals.
3. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members.
4. Coordinate with relevant team members through all project phases.
5. Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
6. Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed for projects.
7. Prepare progress reports weekly/monthly for senior management.
8. Collaboration with Clients.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
2. Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
6. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

10. Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department.
