Job summary

PostEx in Lahore is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, conduct market and customer research, and translate insights into clear requirements and user stories.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Finance and other teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help with product testing, deployments, and performance monitoring.

Candidates typically have 1–2 years in product roles and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

Our client PostEx is hiring a Associate Product Manager in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and data analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and improvement areas.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor product KPIs and user behavior to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare product documentation, business cases, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate UAT, product testing, feature rollouts, and post-launch monitoring.
• Conduct surveys and structured customer research to validate product ideas and proposed features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and develop technology-enabled solutions.
• Track product issues, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Continuously evaluate existing products and recommend improvements based on data, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel/GA, or similar product tools will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, software development, and technical architecture is preferred.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in FinTech, logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
• Candidates with a technical or engineering background will be preferred.
• Demonstrated experience taking a product feature from research/ideation through development, launch, and performance monitoring.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
