Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our product or service, from concept to launch and ongoing maintenance.

You will drive development, manage go-to-market strategies, and ensure continuous improvement to meet business goals. Strong Agile/Scrum experience and clear communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS (MBA preferred).
• Proven PM/PO experience in product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with goals.
• Develop and prioritize a product backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver quality products on time.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
• Define requirements, create user stories, and set KPIs.
• Oversee training and documentation for stakeholders.
• Monitor launch performance and gather feedback for improvement.
• Review product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Identify enhancements, updates, or retirement when needed.
• Integrate customer feedback into future iterations.
• Advocate for customer needs and business objectives.
• Manage live deployments and backups; design and manage databases.

This role involves driving development, managing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring continuous improvement to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Develop and prioritize a product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals
• Define product requirements, create user stories, and specify key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
• Develop and oversee product training and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor pre- and post-launch performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement
• Regularly review and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends
• Identify opportunities for enhancements, updates, or retirement of products and services as needed
• Ensure seamless integration of customer feedback into future product iterations
• Act as the product's primary advocate, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities
• Manage live systems including deployment and backup on live servers
• Design and manage Database for new/current systems
• Code management for all the projects being developed, TFS repos creation, users and roles management

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role in product development
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms
