Job summary

IBG Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst or Associate Product Manager to coordinate between teams in Dubai and Karachi. The role involves preparing product mockups, writing user stories, and collaborating on technical implementations. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a background in computer science or software engineering.

Job description

• Liaising between business team in Dubai and the engineering team in Karachi
• Coordinate with the Engineering teams and the Business teams
• Understand the new feature concepts from the business teams based in Dubai
• Presenting ideas to the Engineering and business teams through storyboards and wireframes
• Work closely with the Engineering teams through the technical implementation of the new features
• Work with the Designers to prepare the product mockups
• Write User Stories, product documentation and support documentation
• Use Prototyping or Wireframing tools (like Figma, InVision, Balsamiq etc) to present the new feature concepts to the Business teams and the Engineering teams
• Translate feature functions into concrete visual designs based on the business requirements

Job Specification

Required Education & Skills:

• Experienced professional with at least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or as an Associate Product Manager
• A team player
• Having an educational background in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related field
• More of a Product Manager who can little bit of Project Management
• Able to ‘listen to words and speak in pictures
• Able to capture ideas and articulate them through both words and Images
• An exceptionally fast learner and producer
• Experienced in wire framing / prototyping
• Able to write specs / user stories
• Able to work with remote / offshore teams
• Able to visualize new layouts or designs / themes and coordinate with UI / UX experts
• Skilled to understand and document technical requirements
• Prepare / share Release documentation with Business teams and customers
• Hands on with Agile practices like SCRUM and KANBAN
