Job summary

ARWEN TECH (PVT) LTD. is seeking an Associate Network Engineer to support nationwide deployments across Pakistan. You will assist in planning, design and implementation of an infrastructure that integrates CISCO, Juniper and other products for Arwen’s clients.

You will work with an enterprise architecture team to implement network configurations, including VOIP, VPN and WLAN across locations, while pursuing certifications like CCNA/JNCIS to strengthen technical expertise.

Qualifications

Proven understanding of routing protocols and switching technologies.
Advanced knowledge of network design, architecture, protocols and topology.
Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in deployments across Pakistan.
Responsible for opening and handling JTAC and Cisco TAC cases.
Work with enterprise level architecture team to implement network configurations including subnets and VLAN implementation, VOIP telephony solutions, VPN tunneling, and wireless LAN implementation at various locations.
Network Design, integration, optimization and migration.
Provide engineering support for troubleshooting.
Work with team members to identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues related to integration.
Any other task assigned by Management.
Understand the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
