Job summary

Bank of Punjab in Lahore seeks an Associate Manager Analytics for the Cards & Payment Division – Digital Banking Group. You will prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for merchant acquiring activities and pre-screen merchant applications with strict tolerance, while monitoring performance and deviations.

The role requires coordinating with CIU, DFMU, Legal, Operations, and RMG to ensure timely merchant processing, resolving complaints, reconciling accounts, and delivering retrieval

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEc-recognized university.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of professional banking or related experience.
• Experience in merchant acquiring, payment processing, or analytics is preferred.
• Age limit up to 55 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for merchant acquiring activities.
• Pre-screen merchant applications with max 3% discrepancy tolerance.
• Monitor deviations and retrieval requests daily.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with CIU, DFMU, Legal, Operations, and RMG for timely processing.
• Resolve merchant complaints with customers and bank staff.
• Reconcile merchant accounts with batch settlements and payments.
• Prepare retrieval and chargeback MIS reports; coordinate resolution.
• Process merchant payments via cheques, IBFT, and auto-credit.
• Handle manual merchant postings including skipped/short-charged refunds.
• Prepare daily details of newly acquired merchants.
