Jobskey Consultancy invites an Associate – General Ledger (GL) / Record to Report (RTR) in Hyderabad for a permanent role. The candidate should have 3–5 years experience in RTR/GL, with a B.Com or M.Com or equivalent, and hands-on SAP ERP and advanced Excel skills.

You will manage GL accounting, month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, financial statements, and support budgeting and audits, working with global stakeholders in a fast paced SSC/BPO finance environment and rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of RTR/General Ledger accounting experience.
• Experience in Shared Services (SSC) / BPO finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Good understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts supporting global business operations.
• Shipping or Logistics industry experience is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Maintain SLA, KPI, and TAT adherence within RTR processes.
