We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Cybersecurity.


In this role, you will:


  1. Manage a small team of circa 8 direct reports (Budget & People).
  2. Build key relationships: with other Cybersecurity Lines of Defence, ITID, DAO and Architecture, peers across regions, other GB/GF and Security Function heads, audit, regulators, key government agencies, security forums, and external vendors, acting as a subject matter expert.
  3. Handle Regulatory & Risk Management: Work closely with Cybersecurity functions and peers to deliver sustainable results, build relationships with stakeholders to understand and monitor the IT/Information Security risk profile, ensure compliance with policies and standards, and address regional or country-specific requirements.
  4. Provide Strategic Input: Influence and align cybersecurity strategies with business goals, using extensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems and propose solutions for ongoing improvements.
  5. Leverage Technology: Possess exceptional knowledge of the technical environment, influence technology choices, and make forward-thinking decisions aligned with strategy and appropriate tooling.
