Overview

Assistant Professor/Associate Professor-Anatomy at Islamic International Dental College, Riphah International University, Islamabad. (total positions: 1, posted on: Sep 3, 2025)

This position requires a solid foundation in research methodology along with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. As a member of our academic team, the candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in departmental service. The role also involves managing a departmental team and promoting a collaborative and enriching academic experience for both faculty and students.

Responsibilities
  • Designing curriculum and annual academic schedule of the department.
  • Plan and deliver lectures according to the schedule under PMDC guidelines along with supervision of practical demonstrations.
  • Monitor and assist in department management, lecturer/demonstrator supervision, inventory management.
  • Produce research papers per year (preferably in indexed journal or at least in PMDC approved journal).
  • Conduct annual exams and supervise formulation of internal evaluation at the end of academic session.
  • Participate in academic and curriculum meetings if required.
