Job description

GENERAL Duties

1. Ensure the firm produces quality flows.
2. Conduct daily meetings with team members to discuss quality and production trends.
3. Forward data to the Divisional Head and respective departmental personnel.
4. Update all team members about NIKE / other buyers' requirements and standards regarding production and quality.
5. Periodically train concerned personnel as required.

DATA ANALYSIS

1. Analyze daily performance data to monitor:
1. Performance of rowing and supervisory staff.
2. Implement corrective actions on daily basis for identified problems.
3. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to SMV.
4. Provide immediate and regular feedback to all concerned about process issues at any stage.
5. Develop ready plans for production and quality to meet delivery deadlines for current and upcoming work orders, covering at least 25 days.
