Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in dictation, typing, and record-keeping.
• Experience in handling official correspondence and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Attend telephone calls and maintain a call log.
• Arrange engagements and maintain an engagement diary.
• Take dictation, prepare transcripts and typing work.
• Prepare papers for meetings/interviews for Officers’ review.
• Record movement of files and classify documents accurately.
• Receive visitors and coordinate with offices as required.

To arrange engagements and maintain an engagement diary.
Taking dictation, rendering transcripts and doing other typing work.
To prepare papers for meetings and interviews.
To see those matters requiring the Officers attention are brought to his notice in good time and in complete and proper form.
To keep proper record of movement of files and other Classified documents.
To receive and conduct visitors.
