Our Company is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Taxation & Corporate Affairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Should be well versed with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax and with the provisions of Company Law and rules made there-under.
  • Ensure timely compliance of assigned clients with the tax authorities and respond to notices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Preparation of appeals to various appellate forums.
  • Analysis and preparation of records for the purposes of tax audits.
  • Company registration and filing of requisite documents/forms with SECP.
  • Ensure timely compliance with corporate matters of clients and respond to notices of regulators in an efficient manner.

Requirements:

ACCA/CA finalist/Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience, preferably at a well reputed firm.

Since we are client oriented, it is necessary to have excellent communication skills.

Excellent command over MS Office.

Salary : up to PKR 100,000/-
