Job summary

Maheen Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee supply planning and woven processing operations, including pretreatment, dyeing, printing, finishing, and QA.

You will lead, train, and develop production staff; monitor KPIs; coordinate across departments to meet targets while ensuring safety and quality standards. Requires Textile Engineering and 4–6 years of relevant experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Supervise woven fabric processing operations (pretreatment, dyeing, printing, finishing).
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor production processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Maintenance teams.
Identify and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and defects.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Lead, train, and develop production staff.
Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs to improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise woven fabric processing operations, including pretreatment, dyeing, printing, and finishing.
