We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor financial performance by tracking key metrics and performing variance analysis
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and financial modelling
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with departments on budget preparation and cost management
• Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and dashboards
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

• ACMA , CIMA, ACCA, (Qualified Only)
• 2-3 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus
• Certification in SAP FICO is preferable
