Job Descriptions:
• Meeting market dealers & offer them Dream City Kharian deals.
• Communicate withdealersto identify their requirements and choice of property in Dream City.
• To locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Contacting potential investors and dealers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new deals initiatives
• Building healthy relationships with affiliates.
• Negotiating property prices with buyers where needed.
• visit client premises with the consent of client ease andclosing deals.
• strong following up with Investors for deals & sales maturity.
• To manage and maintain their monthly sales target.
• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations
• Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties in nearby areas
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Experience:3 years
  • Mainly dealers'network (Kharian, Sarai Alamgir, Jhelum & Gujrat)
Education Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BA) orMaster’s degree (MBA – Sales/Marketing)

CRM & Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software like Propforce, Salesforce, or similar real estate CRM systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with real estate portals and online marketing tools

  • Ability to generate CRM reports, sales analytics, and pipeline forecasts

  • Comfortable using digital tools for lead management, client follow-ups, and reporting

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
