Job description

TUV Austria Bureau of Inspection and Certification, Pakistan

Responsibilities
  1. Sales inquiry generation, as per TUVAT BIC (company) handbook policy.
  2. Only approved certification proposals and contract agreements by Sales Manager to be dispatched to the concerned client.
  3. Meet deadlines and business objectives set by the Sales Manager.
  4. Ensure compliance with all TUVAT BIC’s policies and procedures, including policy for information security.
  5. Assist Sales Manager in designing and implementation of annual sales plan for the company.
  6. Keep accurate and transparent inquiry log at all times.
  7. Approach potential clients.
  8. Send a minimum of 10 potential letters/emails per day.
  9. Maintain an inquiry log of such activities.
  10. Enter all this information into ERP.
  11. Prepare and submit preliminary documentation i.e. inquiry form, proposal, contract agreement.
  12. Invoice clients for initial advance.
  13. Send introductory pack.
  14. Pass on information to certification coordination i.e. contract and inquiry form.
  15. Record keeping of all the above.
