Job description

Responsibilities

• Administers Quality management and assurance systems to ensure compliance with specifications, facility regulations, legislation and corporate policies as per ISO 9001.
• Streamlines and enhances the testing lifecycles to ensure that testing, planning, execution and reporting is effective, standardized, coordinated and integrated.
• Assesses, designs, implements and manages quality systems that aim to meet quality system standards and make the implementation more effective towards Total Quality Management.
• Arranges Surveillance Audits and liaises internally with all departments to ensure that ISO 9001 Quality Management System is fully understood and properly implemented.
• Manages and supervises in-house environment laboratory, conducts testing/monitoring through in-house and external laboratories for EPA compliance as per ISO 14000:2004 and 18001:2007.
• Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products.
• Manages product licensing of all products with Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority.

Job Specification

An ideal Candidate would possess:

1. Minimum graduation degree,
2. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and HSE,
3. Work experience as a lead auditor,
4. 3 years working experience with ISO 9001:2008 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) & 18001 (OSHA) certified companies,
5. Computer literacy,
6. Age around 35 years.
